Support really is the only ones who can help get your account reset, whats happened that that that didn't resolve your issue?

I can't get into contact with support because in order to open up a ticket with live chat I need to be logged into my account

The chat on the website doesn't require a login, and neither does emailing them

That's why I'm confused why emailing them didn't work?

And every time i click for support chat it brings me to the login screen
