Last year I needed special features of premium but now I don't need them and I was wondering how I could go back to budget

The legacy plans aren't available anymore, budget/premium is gone and Bisect now just offers 'Bisectone'. You can see about changing to that though if that fits your needs :)

Customers on the legacy plans will stay on them until they decide to change, but budget isn't an option anymore basically

ok but how can I go from legacy to bissectone without losing my work ?

You will have to ask staff to do that for you, changing plans won't change anything about the files
