#[MC] Error on startup

made this post last week and got no help and had to make it again. wonderful support doesnt answer tickets and i had to go to damn discord wonderful
this isn't ticketsupport, just community which means if someone knows the answer they can step in
Do you have the ticket number?
Support usually answers tickets in <20 minutes so they definitely should be responding. If the issue has been escalated you should have been updated, so I can ask support to take a look at what happened there if you have a ticket number for me :)

Support staff only works through tickets on the website, they don't really peek in here. We are just other customers volunteering our time to help out where we can :) but this definitely looks like something support should be taking a look at so I'll poke support staff about that ticket.

Support should have gotten back to you, as soon as you reply back they'll be able to take care of it :)
