Hi, It's the day before my invoice renews and I was hoping to upgrade the server because it seems to be running over its allocated amount consistently. Ideally I just wanted to upgrade it without having to cancel it and then having to move over world files and additional mods we stuck in onto a new plan. And according to the help-page that should be an option , but I don't have that option available. Is this because it says I have an unpaid invoice? Obviously I can't share the details of said invoice but on it it says that this unpaid invoice is for coverage starting from tomorrow until boxing day, and the actual invoice is due tomorrow, so I don't see why that would be the problem.
Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, but any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂
