Hold on let me translate this rq (if any native speakers want to hop in feel free)
whoops wrong thingy

Okay so, it looks like (my dutchy is rusier and a pole submerged in water so i had to double check what it said) you are having an Internet Connection issue
Have you tried connecting to the server again or just this once?
i have did it 3 times
Okay, is your server currently turned on? This can be caused by either Minecraft being down (which I don't think it is), or your Server being in a crashed state and unable to find an internet connection.

Please send some logs over so we can help resolve your issue. To access logs on your Minecraft server, please navigate to your server panel's File Manager and take the following path:
1. Open the Server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'logs' folder
3. Click on "latest.log" to download it and send the file over Discord to this channel.
Follow those instructions for me please, it is unlikely to be the issue but there is always that chance.

Failing the issue being determined here, I would normally say it is your Internet Connection - which is clearly not the case as you are talking to me on Discord, over an internet connection. While it could be an Firewall issue I would also say that is unlikely.
So I will review your latest log when it is posted and we can investigate.
is that safe though
i mean it worked on java
Yes that is perfectly safe, it doesn't grant me access to your server.
Are you using Geyser to make the server crossplay?
I suspect there is an issue with Geyser itself
yes
Would you mind generating a support link for me, and sending it to my DMs so I can take a look at your server and see if I can figure it out? https://help.bisecthosting.com/hc/en-us/articles/40100705335195-How-to-Generate-a-Support-Server-ID-Link-on-the-Starbase-Panel
Generating a server ID link in the Starbase panel simplifies the support process by directly connecting clients to help with their specific server. Creating a support link eliminates manual server ...
Thanks for sending it over, I'll check it now.
I believe the issue was the port that was set. It was set to the default bedrock port of 19132, but this isnt a port that is open on your server. I've set it to one of the open ports and it's restarting now.
I will DM you the IP and port you should be trying to connect with on bedrock. Java should still be connecting with the regular IP and port.
Is it okay if I try to connect?
Seems I'm getting the same issue, I'll see what else I can do
I was able to connect!
I'll send you the updated IP and Port
my friend on playstation cant join is that normal?
nvm
