#How many loaded chunks should I have at all times?

My server console constantly has 7-15k chunks loaded and i have a server mod pack with over 100+ mods
normally theres 10k loaded chunks and i have a issue with the server ticks per second going down to like 14-10 randomly for long periods so im wondering if this could be the issue

That chart is all chunks in memory, both active and "don't need the memory, will keep it loaded in case someone moves that direction."

If you're having issues with lag, Spark should be the first thing to check.
