I created a support ticket with an image of what is happening! We are playing RLcraft and we have been playing for 3ish days now. The issue we ran across was that the server has been freezing or just lagging overall. So we decided to restart the server to see if that was the best resolution to the issue. The server was up literally like 15 minutes ago until the server just FROZE. So we though "oh just restart again" but once we tried again (possibly ~5 minutes ago) it just said ERROR - We're having some trouble connecting to your server, please wait... while the server is in a permanent "loading". We start it was the original server host's internet so we decided to switch to my interest (NM to NV) and tested it again and same issue.
