I am unable to reset my password for the account with email: [email protected].
I requested a password reset email and received it, but when I click the link, it asks for the answer to my security question: "Who was your childhood hero?"
I honestly do not remember the answer I set for this question, so I am stuck.
Is it possible to please reset or remove the security question from my account so I can complete the password reset process? I am ready to verify my identity with any necessary account details.
