yes i can post a ticket too but i want to reply to the message the support staff sent i get the error

my original problem is that i cant connect to my minecraft bedrock server (error message there is that the ip adress is in the wrong format)

Can you try logging out of your Billing account at https://www.bisecthosting.com/clients/ (Top Right, Account Settings -> Logout)

Then, access https://help.bisecthosting.com/ to try logging back in again and attempt accessing your ticket.

You should be able to see and reply to your existing ticket from your email. You can also email support at support@bisecthosting.com

If you'd be able to, can you take a screen recording of the steps you're taking to view your existing ticket? This would be helpful for the support staff in tracking down why you can't access the page.
