How long has it been? If you included backups and have a fair size server, it may take some time.

its been over 20 minutes and i had one back up just seems like its taking way to long

The self transfer is a relatively new feature. We don't have a great idea around here yet on how long transfers take, but I've seen them take the better part of a few hours so far for larger servers.
If you think its been too long, send the support staff a ticket and they can check the status.
