#Server crashes on join

Me and my friends are trying to make a server, just comes up that with a big red cross, which I have unerstood is a normal thing.

But the problem is when we are trying to join the server the whole server just crashes and it restarts, and when the server does work for the 1 minute it maybe lasts, the server is very laggy with high tick rate.
We have a 12gb server with an expectancy of 6 players and once, I have 64gb of 6000mhz ram and a very good pc as the host so should not be any issue, any ideas what could help us with this situation?

Are you renting a server from Bisect, or hosting locally?

We bought the 12gb plan so I'm assuming I'm renting a server

We chose to play crazy craft but have had to opt for crazy craft lite instead for the time being, though I would like to get it sorted so we can play the normal version

I'd definitely contact our support team via a ticket and see if we can get you moved onto a CPU that would be better optimized for the modpack you want to play 🙂

I also suggest turning on Aikars Flags in the Startup tab as this will improve performance a little bit.

No, the server runs on someone else's machine. That's the whole point.

Alright, do I need to make a new ticket specifically for the new CPU or is it possible to continue off of this?
