Can't get to my Server Panel

Hello, I just bought a Server and I can't get to the panel site, it somehow says something went wrong but I can see I bought the server on my billing thingy. I've waited for an hour or half now, got any tips or tricks?

Hi there, try logging out of the Starbase Games panel and log back in using the account details emailed to you.

If you still cant' see the server after that, send the support staff a ticket and they'll take a look 🙂

im not sure if I understand what you mean

because everytime if I got on the email and click, go to panel then it wont work

wait now If I click go to panel it brings me to the panel but there is no server

Alright I now know what the issue is. I once logged into a friends account because he needed help or something like that, the issue now is that if I go to the starbase panel thingy, it logges into his account and, I dont know why, I cant log out of his account, I can only upgrade or change his email and stuff

You should be able to log out by clicking your user profile button in the top right.

Did you purchase the server under the wrong account?

no I bought it under my account

and if I do that it sends me to my account

actually I somehow did it

I logged into my account on my phone and now I can see the server

so the issue is on my pc

Check your password auto fill on your browser. It might be saving the other account somewhere...

So sumthin really funny happened, there is no auto fill or anything like that. Well I don't need the panel anyways, I just wanted OP and I did it with my phone so lets just forget about it. thank you anyways you helped alot!

I recommend you delete that image as it contains some personal information. Not everyone are nice people on the internet and there is a small chance someone could take that information that is visible and use it maliciously!

just a FYI, do NOT share accounts. Bisect has all the tools for you to make accounts for your friends with fine grained control over what they can and can't do.
