Looking at those version numbers, it appears you're one version behind.

Should be an icon next to the Play button that will let you choose what version to install.
Make sure you're on pack version 1.18.

Odd. GlitchCore isn't in the modpack, at least not according to the CurseForge page for the pack.
Try making a fresh copy of the pack in CurseForge?

Not sure why it's missing on the server. You could try a reinstall?

CurseForge has a "Show FIles" button somewhere.
Server Control Panel has a Files tab and you can drag-and-drop the file there.

Your server has 1.2 REFORGED. You will need to swap it to the 1.18 version if that is what your client is running.

Once the server is swapped to the same version you should have no issue connecting. 🙂
