I’m deleting this message as it’s a bit iffy on the rules.

There are thousands if not millions of these port scanning bots. There is no point in banning them because soon another one will appear.

As it says, whitelist on and you’re fine

Besides that, those services are really simple scripts. It would take them near 0 effort to switch node and have a new IP

The one mentioned in particular is a fairly well known white-hat operation, too.

There are others that are not so polite, spamming their Discord invite link, and posting the open servers to a public list. Those are the ones people should be blocking.

A gentle reminder that if the server isn't public that whitelist should be enabled isn't an inherently bad thing, even if they do have a KoFi link on the website.
