I’m currently hosting my Minecraft server with BisectHosting, and I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue: every time I log in, I get disconnected within about 3 minutes. The same issue repeats even after I reconnect.

My server is located in the Singapore region, and I’m based in Taiwan. My local network connection is stable and works fine with other servers, so it seems the problem may be related to the server region or routing.
Could you please check whether there’s any known network instability affecting the Singapore node?
If possible, I’d also like to ask whether my server can be migrated to a different data center that might offer a more stable connection from Taiwan.

I attempted to use the “Contact Support” feature on the BisectHosting website, but the page did not respond — no dialog box or confirmation message appeared after clicking it.

did you run a mtr towards your server yet? as it might also be a node in between

How to provide an MTR:
- Download the following MTR software: https://bisecthosting.com/clients/downloads/WinMTR.exe
- Where it says 'Host' type in your server's IP (without the port)
- Click the 'Start' button
- Wait for the very first number under the 'Sent' column to reach at least 500
- Click Stop
- Click the 'Copy Text to Clipboard' button and paste the results into a Pastebin (http://pastebin.com/) and provide us with the link.
