In general, if you're looking for a private conversation, you'll want to contact staff through the website. DMs through Discord require manually verifying you're speaking with staf, and anything in the Discord is not private.
I need to find where the typo is with my personal information I've shared to login to the site up until recently, but I can't login or post it here.
How do I resolve this paradox? I can't login to validate my private information, and I can't post it here publicly to troubleshoot it. This server is the only thing I can't relay this through, and my request to DM staff support requires me to verify I'm speaking with staff, yet the response stated that nothing on Discord is private. ... You can talk to support without logging in by selecting the 'sales' departement

Nope, that means you selected the wrong department
Just click sales. Not technical issues, not billing, just sales
Alternatievely, you can email them at [email protected], that ends up with the same department. But sales should definitely work! :)
