server has been worked on by Dals, through the web browser support, current issue is the entire server has now been reset. I had a world backup saved 3 days ago but that also had dissapeared.

all files before accessing support had been missing, only files left was the EULA and server.properties.

You should reply back to that support message and ask there. We don't have any context for what was being worked on previously here.
