Go to the Files section and delete everything.

everything in the files is for the server not stuff on my computer?

It is in the server's control panel - it cannot delete files on your computer.

What are you trying to accomplish? Why do you need to clear your storage?

Afterwards, there should be a "reinstall" button. Not sure where it's hiding for Arma.
