Idk why but when I start my Minecraft server with mods my "Game Performance Statistics" show that 2200 chunks are randomly loaded
My ram usage is jumping from 5 GB to 12GB
I use "Biomes o plenty and terralith mod" to generate world
Somebody could tell me how to repair this thing?

Loaded chunks ≠ active chunks, just the total amount of chunks that have ever been loaded.
If you don't have the Bisect stats mod installed, the stats for the RAM monitoring aren't accurate. If you do have the mod installed, and the Jumping is happening consistently (not just during start up) I would have support staff take a look
