I am running a java world and am trying to update the world from 1.21.5 to 1.21.6. I already made a backup the downloaded the world updated that with chunker and updated the jar. This let me in the world but reset the player data. Is there a way to update without losing the player data?

Hey! Im not a mod, but I just figured this out too. If you delete the existing 1.21.5 server.jars from your files then click the option "Install new jar on top of existing files" it should work!
