I have used bisect hosting for years and am starting a new minecraft server, trying to upload custom modpack. trying to get onto the sftp using scp. i go to log in to the scp and it keeps telling me access denied despite using "your control panel password." When I go to the website to try and get 24/7 support and click the button that says "contact support" the button doesn't work. I can't even right click to redirect to a link and unless I am an idiot I'm having trouble getting to contact anyone.
