#Newly purchased server, can't access it

Please send some logs over so we can help resolve your issue. To access logs on your Minecraft server, please navigate to your server panel's File Manager and take the following path:
1. Open the Server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'logs' folder
3. Click on "latest.log" to download it and send the file over Discord to this channel.

The log isn't showing anything useful. Since you've just purchased the server, I'd suggest trying to reinstall the Modpack from the Minecraft Jar Menu and trying again.
do you mean reinstall it on my personal machine, or do a reinstall for bisecthosting's server?
Reinstall it on the server.
Yup! Swap Jar, then the top left of the window should be a reinstall. Select the Delete Files option (Since you don't have any current progress)

okay it seems like it's running into the same issue, but i caught a couple of errors with screen caps
