Did you check you’re not mixing up your control panel and billing panel accounts?

These are different accounts and won’t work on the other place

no need to start deleting messages or changing the thread topic. That just makes it more confusing

you can't pause billing. Whilst bisect normally tries to store files of customers who leave, there's no guarantees as it depends entirely on what the system can hold. It's best to download your files, and cancel the server. Then you need to upload it again when you resubscribe (or send the files to staff and they can install it for you)
