After attempting to create a new Minecraft server I got a message saying that I had failed the captcha and my order had been submitted for manual review. I understand that this an issue for ticket staff. How do I view my open ticket? Should I receive an email? What is the typical response time and where will I receive it? Is the AI chat window actually useful?
I also checked my credit card statement and I appear to have been charged twice.

in the bottom right is the way to reach the support staff.
It isn't AI. The bot (Biko) at the start asks a few basic questions to sort you to the best team, but everyone responding after the bot is a person.

Not sure tonight. They aim for 15 minutes, can get up to 30 or so minutes on a busy night.
