Starting new server stuck on weird text page

I tried to start my new server but it’s stuck on this page, what do I do?

It says incompatible vanilla server??? So did I buy this server to play with mod packs for no reason?? How do I fix this? I want to play using the better Minecraft mod pack that I already downloaded

Have you installed the modpack server side? if not then you are just trying to join a vanilla server with a modded version

ensure that you actually installed a modpack. If you have this as vanilla then that explains the issues
