I've setup an ark cluster (evolved) recently, and while in the past having servers like this I never had issues, I currently have an issue where it seems the character profile can't transfer over to the other server.
The servers are connected in the cluster settings, but once you attempt traveling to another server (in this case, a Gen2 server to a Fjordur server) the second server forces new character creation, and does not show the uploaded character from the first server.
I have a ticket open with support, but seeing as it's been quite a while I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and might know a fix?
