if you bought a modded server you must have the same pack installed on your side (client) as is on the server. use the Curseforge app from https://curseforge.com or the Modrinth app from https://modrinth.com to find and install the pack, then you can connect to the server.

You also need to start your server, it doesn't come auto started, login in the games panel and select your server, then hit start. look at the console and after you've seen it is started up, like because "done" appears, you can then connect to it.

if you didn't buy a modded server then something else is going on.

1. Open the Server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'logs' folder
3. Click on "latest.log" to download it and send the file over Discord to this channel.
