#cant login to my account

i want to login to my account to cancel billing and i cant. i reset my password then i go back to login page and i literally copy paste password, so it can be wrong but every time i try to login it says the same " incorrect details". ANY HELP?

Keep in mind that the control panel and billing panel don't use the same login. So if you are coming from the control panel, that password isn't the right one.

The billing panel account is the login you create when you buy the server. The control panel login is later emailed to you.

If you don't remember your billing account password, you'll have to reset it. If you dont remember the security question, contact staff through the chat on the website (and click Sales), they can help you recover your account

Im trying to reset my bisechosting account password, not panel. I go to bisechosting page, then I click on "My Account", then i press login and then i press reset password. When i reset my password I come back to "My Account" page and type in the password that I've just reset and every time it says the same, login details incorrect, please try again.
