ok not sure why that message was deleted

#

basically, every time i try to start up my server i get a message in the console saying that it "failed to bind to port" and that it "failed to initialize server". there was also a message that perhaps theres another server already using the port. as soon as this happens the server shuts down and then tries to start again, where it runs into the same problem, and this loop continues until i kill the start up. any advice would be appreciated here ive never seen this before

The message aas automatically deleted as you can't copy+paste logs etc , it triggers the bot for spam because it repeats words and characters a bunch :) just upload the files
