I'm trying to download the world file for a server that was cancelled, however the backup notification won't let me click download and I can't see the server in the games panel. How can I find this server and download the file? It's a very important world to me and my friends so any help is appreciated

You'll have to ask support if they have a backup lying around, keep in mind that there might be a charge involved to provide the world file after the server has been canceled!
