Hey so.. I wanna do a servers with 16g of ram but I need those mod and I can’t find them on the list so are they not available ?

Keep in mind there's no automatic installer for individual mods, just for full modpacks. Not every single modpack can be listed in the installer. The ones that are added are popular modpacks or partnered modpacks.
Any mod or modpack that works on servers, can be installed.

Yes, if its a mod pack you can ask support to install it for you. If it is just a few single mods, you install them yourself once you have access to the server files

You'd install the right version of Forge or Fabric with the automatic installer, then just upload correct version of the mods to the mods folder.

If it's a custom modpack (you put it together yourself) you'll have to upload/troubleshoot that yourself yeah
