Hello! A server Im working on keeps crashing. While investigating I noticed I was getting a ticking event. I was also getting an issue where joining would give a getsockopt error as well. Both may be correlated or from a different issue. I attached the crash report, the current max tick rate for the server is 260000. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello, this is also a problem I’ve encountered as well tonight. Perhaps something on Bisect end?
Unlikely for a watchdog crash. I'd suggest creating your own post or messaging the support staff on the website.
If you're still having issues, can you send over the latest.log file too please?

Please send some logs over so we can help resolve your issue. To access logs on your Minecraft server, please navigate to your server panel's File Manager and take the following path:
1. Open the Server's File Manager
2. Navigate inside the 'logs' folder
3. Click on "latest.log" to download it and send the file over Discord to this channel.
Is this a custom modpack, or one that you found?
You've got a lot of mods that probably shouldn't be on the server (client side only mods).
However, the main culprit for the current crash is that you have the wrong version of the Bisect Panel Stats mod installed.
The server is running Minecraft Forge 1.20.1. You have the 1.21 version of the mod installed.
Remove BisectHosting-forge-1.21.jar from the server's mods folder. If you wish to install the Stats mod, install the version for Forge 1.20
