I do not want to remove these 3 mods, but it says they're the issue. the pack runs fine on singleplayer. How do I fix?

Yes, remove them from the server, they're client only.

You can still use them if they're in the pack you load on your PC when you connect to the server, they will work fine.
They cannot be in the server mod files, since they're not made to go server side :)
