Good day ,I have the same issue but it won't let me log on the main site for support for some reason , could I give you the ip of the server and they can find it from there and yes I did change both the password and email several times to no effect , thank you for listening
No, because we in the discord (including mods) dont work for Bisect, we are community support. Even if we were support staff, just an IP isnt going to be enough as they need the authorization of the billing account to make changes to the server.
Make sure you are using the right login - the control panel login is different than the billing panel login, and you need the second one for support inquiries. If you cannot recover your account, contact staff on the website through the 'sales' option and they can help you there.
For future reference, please create your own support thread, and don't ping people for help unless they've told you thats okay.
