Multiple Issues

So, as the title would suggest, I have several things going wrong this morning. First of all, I was attempting to install mods on my V Rising server. I've enabled BepInEx on the dashboard, uploaded mods per the instructions on your website, and configured them appropriately (I thought). The server is just constantly "Starting..." for over 45 minutes and will not complete.

Then, when I went to open a ticket for the issue on your website, it's telling me my Login details are incorrect. Which...I'm not sure how, since I'm logged on and currently on my server's dashboard in the other tab. Any help would be greatly appreciate! Thank you!

The support tickets are handled through the Billing panel - which is a separate panel with a different login than the control panel you're looking at in the other tab:)

So that explains why the login doesn't work.

If the server is stuck on installing there's really not much to do besides contact support!

The billing panel is the email / password combo you created yourself when first buying the server. The control panel info is later emailed to you.

If you don't remember, try resetting your password for the billing panel , 'My account' on the main website.
You can contact staff through the 'Sales' section of the support chat without logging in to get help with account recovery if needed. You'd have to do that first, since they can't provide server specific support without the authorization of the billing account :)
