please don't use any kind of AI tools for looking for a solution. It's going to spit nonsense 90% of the time
let the people that have issues connecting make an MTR report (assuming they are on PC). That will show if there's any kind of issues along the path

How to provide an MTR:
- Download the following MTR software: https://bisecthosting.com/clients/downloads/WinMTR.exe
- Where it says 'Host' type in your server's IP (without the port)
- Click the 'Start' button
- Wait for the very first number under the 'Sent' column to reach at least 500
- Click Stop
- Click the 'Copy Text to Clipboard' button and paste the results into a Pastebin (http://pastebin.com/) and provide us with the link.

have them double check that both the IP and port is correct. In your control panel, it'll show it like 123.456.789.1:19132. but in the menu they need to enter 123.456.789.1 as the IP and 19132 as the port (so remove the colon) otherwise it won't work

otherwise I would suggest making a ticket with support staff. They can access the server themselves and see what's going on easier
