I am following the youtube guide to setup the SFTP connection between mod manager and the server, I saw that there were 2 different passwords one for the website and one for the server given in the welcome email, I am doing the SFTP Host link and following the guide to delete the stuff before and including the // and then :2022 port, then putting in the username it gives along with the password from my email and it is just stuck on the loading icon. I dont know what to do from here.
