Right, but their TOS lacked the actual restrictions for them to be the exclusive host provider.

As of right now, we haven't been told why Bisect had to suddenly pull everything. It can be assumed a letter was sent.

rockstar wants hosting companies to join their "trusted partner" program else no hosting of fivem. which they can legally do because they acquired the developer of FIVEM and whatever that dev signed.
