Your IP was likely used for 100 different servers of previous customers. Bots scan them, see what is open to join. Add a whitelist if you don't want random people joining.

no its not that i don't want people joining it's they used a racial slur so i had to ban

It also only takes less than an hour to scan every v4 IP on a good broadband connection if you're looking for a particular service.
