we are using Prominence II RPG 1.20.1 CF and we want to switch from fabric to forge

You won't be able to save the data.

All of the exact mods will have to be available for Forge and not save their data differently when running on Forge vs. on Fabric.

Prominence II is massive - there's no way all the mods are available on both modloaders.
