I recently hosted Vrsing with 32 GB of ram server. However, it seemed that the server only consume 7.95 (maximum) GB of ram. How I can disable the limitation and let the server use full 32 GB

Applications use the amount of RAM they need.

There isn't a (hosting) limitation holding it to 7.95GB - you just over-purchased by ~22GB.

right now the number of players increasing but the application still consume at 8 GB and players are expericing delay or lag

That doesn't mean that it's a RAM issue.

There aren't a ton of VRising admins hanging out on the Discord - Staff will probably be your better bet to track down the source of the lag.
