I would like to disable watchdog and see how my server holds up. "-nowatchdog" would seem to do it however we're unable to edit the startup commands. Any help would be great.

Does TF2 not have a Startup tab in the control panel for adding flags?

You can't edit them, but for many of the games you can append flags.

But there isn't a custom arguments field?

In that case you'd have to ask staff to add it.
