which can explain why you never saw the password reset, like if you have a filter that deletes messages with the word "password" in the title.
but since you said "what do you mean?" you likely don't have any filters on your email.
they are saying that they cant see a account under the email I gave when i have used it to login every single time
I can even see it right there
when i go to account settings in my server
