I keep on trying to play with my one friend on a create based modpack but every time we try to play after around 30second to a minute we a get a big lag spike and then both disconnect. We even paid for extra ram and it is still not working

Is the server crashing when you disconnect? Or just lags you out?

I believe it is lagging us out but it always lags us both out. How can i check if its crasjing?

Watch the Console in the control panel to see if it restarts.

i cant get on the control panel that is a separate problem i am having whenever i try to access it it says no account matching these credentials exists

Are you using the control panel credentials for the control panel, or the billing? They're separate.

If you're sure you're using the right ones, only staff can help with that.

If you can't get into the panel, there's no diagnosing/fixing the lag issue.
