You're using the login that was emailed to you for the control panel?

Once the server is set up and ready you get an email with the control panel (games.bisecthosting.com) login, it's different than the login made when you bought the server for the billing panel

Not many peple do VC help - I don't. If you dont have access to the account after changing the password support staff will have to take a look, we can't access accounts etc
