I recently downloaded a nether overhaul datapack on my minecraft server and my friends didn't like it so I deleted the datapack and the nether world file but the server crashes saying couldn't find so and so

I recently downloaded a nether overhaul datapack on my minecraft server and my friends didn't like it so I deleted the datapack and the nether world file but the server crashes saying couldn't find so and so
I deleted the datapacks from level.dat as well and the issue still persists
Pls help
