I purchased a server and messaged the support team about 15 minutes ago on the website but nobody’s replied. It’s a modded minecraft server so I thought, oh it’s probably taking awhile because it’s downloading the mods or something. But I’m not sure now that it’s been so long. How much longer do I have to wait? I paid with a credit card and not PayPal so that shouldn’t have been an issue. The 24/7 support seems a tad misleading right now. I just wanna play! Help

Support appears to be a bit backed up at the moment, they're definitely 24/7 just a bit busy at the moment! Please be sure to not reply to the chat you have open until you get a reply, as replying bumps your position in the queue if support isnt actively on your chat; effectively resetting your place in line
