the server seems to be asking you to use a snapshot

snapshots seldom if ever do mods

ok, so my recommendation since you started with the website, return to the website and let them know that you are stuck with this new error

they need to know that some of what they did worked, but that it's still not working right.

i and others here can probably get you going, but we don't have access to your server, so we can not operate as fast as the website guys can.

right, you got impatient and came here. just stick with them, they'll get you sorted.

for example, here's what I'm going to ask you for and it's going to take us about an hour if you hang with me. but what I would do would likely conflict with the paid support you're getting already and leave you more confused because I'm going to do it my way.

* ask for your pack, like you give me the share code
* then I would use a tool called server pack creator on it https://github.com/Griefed/ServerPackCreator/
* then I would connect what you gave me to the server I generated
* then if it succeeds, i would put it on my own server to make sure there was no issue with bh
* if there was, i'd figure that out so i can tell you about it.
* back to can't connect to it as a possibility, takes longer as then i would have to figure out what mod is misbehaving
* eventually, i'll be able to tell you what to do.
