#Server Tick taking too long causing force stop.

I am running an AOF 4.0.6 server and it is not starting due to a server tick taking too long during the startup phase.
I have already extended the max server tick time.

Also a side note, the Support button on the website is not doing anything for me.

Disable ad blockers on the Bisect site so the ticket system can load.
