Hello I run a Isle server with nearly 2000 members. Tonight at 7pm EST our server went down after a restart. we contacted support for assistance to get the server back up and running. they have moved the server node and changed the IP however our server still is constatnly crashing when about 15 people join the server. Its been 5 hours of trouble shooting and majority has been waiting on a response from your team. I know its late but we just want to get our community back where they want to be. What can we do to escalate this request?

The Discord is community support - if you need escalated with support you need to reply back and ask for it.

But escalations goes to a team that works primarily in the US and UK, so you'd be asking for no reply until they come on shift.

I'm having exactly the same issue! With the isle after a restart at 9.30 GMT the outbound network traffic just stops dead and everyone disconnects

I've reinstalled the server it's been changed to a new node and nothing has worked so far
